This is not a drawing of the corny-named Freedom Tower in NYC. This is a chart that shows the range of movement in S&P 500 within the calendar year. And 2008 is one of the worst year on record with S&P 500 having declined more than 50% just short of record decline in 1931.
Thanks George W Bush... don't let the door hit your bum ass on the way out.
